Week End
Almost another Friday and I don't feel like it should be. My life is very full. I am enjoying going to life groups! Shocker, I know! I am studing the scriptures with my dad and God is speaking to me everytime. I've been through a lot the last few years, but I've learned so much. I wouldn't want to go back and be the person I was two years ago for anything. My oldest daughter told me that how she knew God was real, is because she had seen Him take care of us, all her life. What an amazing thing, to realize at such a young age. The devil tried to take her out, but she is so strong. I praise God that I had the foundation that I had so that my child wasn't taken over by something that the devil tried to take her out with. We will fight, we will stand strong! Thank you to my wonderful support base, you know who you are, I wouldn't make it with out you guys.

Jobless
I heard something on the radio that caught my attention the other day. A group of researchers asked the question, " What brings depression and self loathing the loss of a job, the loss of a loved one, or divorce." While all of these things are emotionally hard. The one that caused the most hurt and depression, was job loss. Which raises the question to me, Where are our priorities? It is very sad that we live in a time, where money and control mean more than our family. If we trust God to take care of us, why should we worry about a job. I am without a job for the moment, and excited about what God will bring my way. I have had some bad days, but like I told a friend today, I do not want to base my happiness on money. God is good ALL THE TIME and He will take care of his children.
Matthew 6:25 (New International Version)
Do Not Worry 25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?
Matthew 6:26 (New International Version)
26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?
